Refund Policy

Understanding our payment and refund terms

This Refund Policy applies to all educational services offered through PJ&RI Academy, including online courses, certifications, internships, fellowships, webinars, workshops, memberships, and other digital learning programmes.

No Refund Policy: All payments made to PJ&RI Academy are final. As our services consist of digital educational content and online learning programmes rather than physical goods, we do not offer refunds once payment has been successfully processed.

1. Digital Educational Services

All products and services offered by PJ&RI Academy are delivered digitally. Upon successful registration or enrolment, learners receive access to educational resources, course materials, digital content, assessments, or programme-related services. Accordingly, payments are considered final and non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Course enrolment fees
  • Certification programme fees
  • Internship registration fees
  • Fellowship registration fees
  • Workshop and webinar fees
  • Membership fees
  • Application or assessment fees
  • Any other digital educational service provided by PJ&RI Academy

3. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical or payment processing error, please contact us within 7 days. After verification, any duplicate payment may be reversed or adjusted at our discretion.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties in accessing your purchased course or programme, our support team will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund.

5. Cancellation by PJ&RI Academy

If PJ&RI Academy cancels a course or programme before it begins and no suitable alternative is provided, participants may be offered an alternative course, credit towards another programme, or another appropriate remedy at the Academy's discretion.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating an unjustified chargeback after receiving access to our digital educational services may result in suspension of your account, cancellation of enrolments, revocation of certificates, and restriction from future participation in PJ&RI Academy programmes.

7. Policy Updates

PJ&RI Academy reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any revised policy will become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
