These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, Learning Management System (LMS), online courses, certifications, internships, fellowships, memberships, webinars, workshops, and all related educational services. 1. Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.

3. Course Enrolment

7. Code of Conduct

Users shall behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and other learners. Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, threats, hate speech, or disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All courses, lectures, videos, documents, presentations, quizzes, assignments, certificates, logos, trademarks, and educational materials remain the intellectual property of PJ&RI Academy or their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, record, publish, sell, or commercially exploit any Academy content without prior written permission.

9. User Content

You remain responsible for the content you upload, including assignments, comments, discussion posts, and profile information. You must not upload unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or offensive material.

10. Platform Availability

While PJ&RI Academy strives to provide uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect access.

11. Suspension or Termination

PJ&RI Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice where a user:

• Engages in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
