About Course
This course provides a focused introduction to the Fundamental Rights guaranteed under the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973. It examines the constitutional framework, scope and significance of Fundamental Rights, with particular emphasis on the rights protected under Articles 8 to 28.
Through this course, learners will develop an understanding of key constitutional protections, including equality, life and liberty, dignity, fair trial, freedom of speech and expression, freedom of religion, education and other fundamental freedoms, along with the constitutional mechanisms for their protection and enforcement.
The course is designed to promote constitutional awareness and strengthen understanding of the rights and liberties guaranteed to individuals under the Constitution of Pakistan.
