Dear Interns, After carefully reviewing the progress of the Summer Internship Programme, I have decided to make Article Writing an optional component instead of a mandatory requirement. This decision has been taken because, under the original article evaluation criteria, fewer than 25% of the total interns were expected to qualify for the internship certificate. By making the article optional, we anticipate that up to 40% of interns will now be able to successfully complete the programme and become eligible for certification. This is a final opportunity for every intern. I sincerely urge you to complete all your remaining mandatory tasks, including the training sessions, quizzes, assignments, and survey, before the deadline. No extensions or excuses will be entertained after the closing time. I wish every intern the very best and hope to see you successfully complete the programme.
